President-elect Obama lef his Hyde Park home
in his motorcade at 9:08am. He arrived at transition headquarters in downtown
at 9:21am.
People along the downtown streets cheered and waved as the motorcade went by. One woman was jumping up and down. Another man was videotaping the motorcade as it rounded a corner toward headquarters.
